All puppies are doing excellent and Mia is being a wonderful mother. Even Daddy Duppy wants to know all about the commotion of having his very own babies in the house. 
We will try to post at least a few pictures when the puppies are about a week old. ]]><![CDATA[Mia and Duppy are expecting!!]]>Mon, 21 Sep 2015 16:34:48 GMThttps://www.warfenburg.com/blog-and-happenings/mia-and-duppy-are-expectingWe are proud to announce that Mia and Duppy are expecting their first litter due in just under 2 weeks. We are excited to see what these two produce as it is the first litter for each of them. All puppies will be long haired with colors being mostly black and red, while some solid black and sables could be expected. 
Mia and Duppy bring together a great pedigree match of his American working lines and her German import lines. He has a calmer temperament while she has a medium level ball drive that together should produce a calm dog that still loves to play and as all shepherds is willing to work and wants to please.

Our sweet Annie girl is due to have her first litter any minute now. She has been moved inside and is settled in her whelping pool. We are on constant watch waiting for the puppies to make their appearance.
